Rebecca has been a valued member of JKCC since 2014, when she first joined the team providing website design and web hosting services. In 2018, she transitioned into an IT Engineer role, advancing to Senior IT Engineer in late 2023. Today, she serves as the lead engineer for customers, managing day-to-day service requests and ensuring reliable, high-quality support.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Project Management, bringing both technical expertise and strong organizational skills to her work.

Based in Klamath Falls, Oregon, Rebecca enjoys photography in her free time. She’s a pet owner and animal lover. And if she’s not behind a keyboard solving IT challenges, you might occasionally spot her in Final Fantasy XIV.
